Meet the Principal

Welcome to North Arvada Middle School! It is an honor to serve as the principal of a school with such a proud tradition of excellence and an exceptional community of students, staff, and families.

I earned my bachelor's degree from Colorado State University with dual majors in Education and Communications. I began my career in education teaching English and coaching basketball at a middle school in Aurora, Colorado. My family's journey then took us to Houston, Texas, where I continued teaching and coaching at the high school level while earning a master's degree in Educational Administration.

As my career progressed, I had the opportunity to lead through different roles such as an English Team Leader, Assistant Principal and later as the Associate Principal of Curriculum and Instruction at a high school of more than 4,000 students. These experiences strengthened my passion for instructional leadership, student achievement, and building a positive school culture where every student can thrive.

Returning to Colorado and joining the North Arvada Middle School community has been a tremendous honor. I am committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where students are challenged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe that strong partnerships between our school, families, and community are the foundation of student success, and I look forward to working together to ensure every Knight reaches their full potential.
